This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling are handled.
1. Cancellation Policy
To ensure fairness and operational efficiency, we maintain the following cancellation rules:

More than 24 hours before scheduled pickup:
Full refund will be issued to the original payment method. -
Less than 24 hours before scheduled pickup:
A 50% cancellation fee will be applied. The remaining 50% will be refunded. -
Cancellations within 2 hours of pickup time or no-shows:
No refund will be issued.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only under the following circumstances:

Service was cancelled within the allowed time frame (see above)

Vehicle did not arrive or service was not delivered as agreed

Errors in billing or overcharges (must be reported within 7 days)
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following items are non-refundable:

Deposits for special events (e.g., weddings, proms)

Additional charges incurred during the ride (e.g., cleaning fees, overtime, damages)

Booking fees or third-party payment processing fees
4. Rescheduling Policy
Clients may reschedule a ride without penalty if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance. Less than 24 hours may incur a partial fee based on availability and operational costs.
